Our Story:
Virtual Books PM has been virtually managing apartment buildings, storage units, hotels, restaurants, bars, wedding venues, and beachfront resorts since 2019. Prior to Virtual Books PM, our founder, Loren Wehmeyer, MBA, Ph,D,, operated Wehmeyer Commercial, an in-person residential, commercial and condo/homeowner association management company.
Recognizing the high costs of in-person property/community management, Virtual Books PM was created to help individuals and associations self-manage…with support from an expert in the field.
Virtual Books PM solves the three key challenges for rental property managers and self-managed condo/homeowner associations: organization, accounting, and property management software implementation.
